Everyday Coffee

Everyone does not enjoy coffee. Some people drink tea or juice, while others, most likely, drink tea. I consume coffee every day, but I am not a heavy drinker since it puts my stomach at risk. I’m having trouble resisting the want to drink it. For me, one or two cups each day is plenty.

I witnessed my father drinking coffee every day. He was a strong enthusiast of Toraja’s traditional sugarless black coffee. In addition, he used to consume coffee three times a day. As a result, he had stomach issues, drank too much, and the doctor advised him to quit drinking coffee.

I don’t wish to follow in my father’s footsteps. I still like coffee, as does my health. That is why I should limit how much coffee I can consume. I try to stay away from Americano and even espresso. I save my caffeine demand by drinking a latte or brown sugar coffee.

Instead of juice, milk, or tea, I try to drink clean water as the first option when I don’t have coffee. On the other hand, I can’t claim I despise anything other than coffee. I do not profoundly give big no to different flavors of drinks. As a result, I can enjoy them peacefully as long as it suits me.

I have no clue how long I’ll be drinking coffee, so I’ll take it daily. Coffee, in my opinion, likes to play football for 90 minutes without substituting.
